Amanda: I usually wear size small.

Shop assistant: It’s €40.
Amanda: This is a bit expensive. But I'll take it.
Shop assistant: OK. Will you pay in cash or by credit card?
Amanda: I’ll pay in cash.
Shop assistant: I will give you 20% discount if you pay in cash. Then it comes to only €32.
Amanda: That’s great. Here you are.
Shop assistant: Thank you. Here’s your change.
Amanda: Thanks. I want to ask you a question. Do you give a refund?
Shop assistant: Yes, we do. You can bring any clothing items back up to fifteen days after
purchasing, but you must keep the receipt.
