Pollution in Turkey is a serious problem. The air is very dirty because of factory smokes and
exhaust gases. Some people have health problems like asthma and allergies. Noise pollution in
cities is getting worse because of roadworks, heavy traffic and building constructions. The
number of cars on the roads is increasing. The number of parks and green areas for people is
decreasing. Also, people pour their waste into the rivers, lakes and seas. City life is becoming
more and more stressful and unbearable for each person.
