Emma turns off the

machine and pushes

it aside. “Let’s do the

project ourselves.

It will take longer,

but it will be our

work.” Jake smiles.

“Good choice,

Emma. Technology

is great, but we

have to stay in

control.”

They work

together, using the

machine only for small

questions, and finish their project. As they leave the library, Emma

says, “I learned something today. Technology is powerful, but we need

to stay smarter than it.” Jake nods. “Yes. The best tool is still our

brain.” They laugh, proud of their teamwork and decision.
